Oh how the wrinkle grows. To be honest I don't need any premature wrinkles at this point of my life. I have learned to say no. Still find it quite hard. As woman, I think the need for approval is still strong and deep down we want to help others. I think we get so wrapped up on what people will think about us if we refuse. I have to say, as I get older what others think really doesn't matter. I don't want to be rude, thanks to the Catholic upbringing that I had. But I waste too much time on others who do not enrich my life. I want to enrich others lives and want other lives to enrich mine. I say no, when I mean no. self empowerment grows! Lol , I just made that last line up.
